What should be done?

Monster Member LJ206 wrote: We cant get a good job without a degree but to be considered for a good job we also need experience which we cant get because we've been studying our degrees. Companies are very focused on experience which is frustrating cause we have none. What do you think employers should be looking for in new potential graduate recruits, and would gaining an entry level job in a career that you actually want be rewarding, that isnt necessarily a graduate scheme?
