If you've been asked to write a letter of reference, you'll benefit both the job seeker and potential employer if you portray the applicant's capabilities and work ethic in detail. Provide examples of projects you collaborated on, the applicant's accomplishments, desirable personality traits and ways the applicant contributed to the team.
