Find your Dream Job Faster
Monster is constantly trying to make it easier and more efficient for you to search for jobs. We've received feedback from you stating that jobs advertised in different locations and categories appear multiple times in the search results. To improve the process of searching for your dream job we are now showing each job ad only once in the search results. This will enable you to view fewer ads more productively, see/find/apply to more relevant ads more quickly and prevent you from applying to the same job multiple times.

To help you find your dream job faster, we've added a County Level section to the job search enabling you to search at a lower level for the location in which you would like to work.

Graduate needing direction

Monster Member yellowchilli wrote: After graduating in Business Information Systems I'm having trouble finding a job. I'm below entry-level requirements for most graduate schemes (usually at least a 2.2). I love programming and have recently taken up design with flash in my spare time but without a degree and proper experience, the chances of getting a programmer/web designer job is very slim. Any suggestions?

Keep Your CV's Tone Positive

If you're job hunting, you're probably unhappy at work. Employers place strong emphasis on your current employment description, so review your CV to make sure your tone is positive. Emphasise the most impressive accomplishments and contributions you've made to your current employer.
